In his book Lighter, Yung Pueblo describes his journey toward healing, learning self-compassion, and digging into his emotions. It’s a book I learned a lot from, and it demonstrates the power we all have to transform ourselves. It doesn’t get much more inspiring than that!
I thoroughly enjoyed the powerful memoir Untamed by Glennon Doyle. She tells how she has navigated life’s challenges to get to a place where she could be herself and truly live. It’s raw, honest, and touching–I encourage you to give it a read.
